Horacio is a former Manhattan GMAT Instructor with 14 year of GMAT teaching experience. He took the test 20 times scoring in the 99th percentile. He wrote his own collection of real-looking GMAT problems and published two GMAT quant guidelines. 

 

Horacio taught in several countries including Kuwait, USA, Columbia and Uruguay. He has an MBA in Finance and MA in Poli-Sci from Tulane University, USA.
